End-User License Agreement

MPath Invoice Alerts is software built by MPath Consulting LLC for its own internal use.

Who may use it

Only MPath Consulting LLC and its owners may use it. It is not licensed, sold or offered to anyone else.

What it may do

It may read MPath's own QuickBooks Online invoices and payments in order to send payment alerts to MPath's owners, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is. QuickBooks remains the record of every invoice and payment.

Ending use

MPath may stop using the tool and disconnect it from QuickBooks at any time.
